my mystery of the day

I’m sad, confused and kinda lonely
usually i feed the blog fresh {notrelinked} video links from
vimeo pulse http://vimeo.com/toys/pulse
and as you can see that page doesn’t exist anymore
so i’m perturbed sad and feel a little less connected
fu¢k you vimeo for losing my favorite hidden place on the web
a real time window into the social network of vimeo
and now i just get staff picks
starting to feel a bit like shenanigans to me
trying to find curatorial value by forcing its users into categories
instead of giving us that free play view
that leads to divergence in direction of entertainment feeds
that brings fresh un-processed food to the table constantly
but now ill just wait for y’all to choose which are the best of right now
and check back in a couple of months

you know i babble and sometimes i babble bout the same thing over and over again for years but damnit if it wasn’t forcasting so maybe listen up to some of these new ideas while they still babble and we can get a little ahead of the curve

its the steps between science art and reality that will push the mirrors of society straight

its what manray and duchamp and the rest of the early awoken were seeing just out of reach

but with our society where it is now how can it be argued that the reflection of the un-visualized glue of math and science

that ties life together is not of more merrit or content value than this transient vapid culture that we are submersed inside of

how can the continued idolization through abuse of imagry be the calling card of modern art, warhol still seems to be not getting through to you people it wasnt his use of imagry that was the real art it was his nailing down the moment in time and playing with the reflections that were being pushed by commercial art so hard in advertising and liberate the medium to let us reflect on the reason

nice arts n crafts kids but we all when honest know its no more than painting sea shells by the sea shore shit

and the more you hang on coat tails and sell shit as art the more obvious where art is headed becomes
